Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial and industrial gas clients in Tanjung Uban area
- Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive lead generation and solution-based selling
- Conduct product demonstrations and safety training for new customers
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate client documentation
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery and installation scheduling
- Implement promotional campaigns to drive gas cylinder subscriptions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years proven sales experience in industrial/commercial products
- Valid driver's license with own transportation
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of LPG/canvas gas safety standards
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Results-driven mindset with KPI achievement track record
