Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct door-to-door and in-person canvassing to promote consumer products
- Build and maintain accurate customer databases for follow-up engagement
- Present product features and benefits to potential customers effectively
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets in assigned territories
- Document customer interactions and sales activities using CRM systems
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to the sales team
- Collaborate with retail partners to enhance product visibility
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous sales or customer service experience advantageous
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting
- Physical stamina for extended periods of walking and standing
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
