Join Binajasa Sumber Sarana as a proactive Sales Canvasser and play a pivotal role in expanding our market footprint across Bali. We are looking for energetic individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about building lasting business relationships. In this exciting position, you will be the primary driver of our sales strategy, dedicating 70% of your time to active canvassing and visiting potential clients to identify new business opportunities. Your presence will be vital in introducing our products to new markets and convincing potential partners of our value proposition. The remaining 30% of your role will focus on store support, where you will remain on-site to assist with inventory management, product merchandising, and ensuring our brand visibility meets our high standards. This hybrid role offers a perfect blend of field independence and in-store collaboration, making it an ideal role for motivated sales professionals seeking to grow their career in the retail sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct active canvassing and cold calling campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
- Visit retail outlets and commercial establishments in Bali to promote products and secure distribution agreements.
- Maintain a consistent presence in partner stores for 30% of the working week to assist with daily operations.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure products are displayed attractively and according to brand guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with store owners and decision-makers.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor pricing data to inform sales strategies.
- Report daily activities and sales progress to the regional sales manager.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special offers and seasonal campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or higher education.
- Demonstrated experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driving license (SIM) and the ability to travel within Bali as required.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
