Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively approach potential customers in designated areas to generate sales leads and interest.
- Deliver engaging and persuasive product presentations to potential clients.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales activity targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospects to ensure high conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine pitching strategies and improve market reach.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic objections on-site.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or retail is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Resilient, highly motivated, and target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work in the field and adapt to dynamic market conditions.
