Tanggung Jawab
- Execute door-to-door or on-site sales canvassing strategies to drive product visibility and acquisition.
- Engage effectively with potential customers to explain product benefits and value propositions.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets as defined by the area manager.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of field activities and lead tracking.
- Represent Staffinc Group professionally, ensuring brand integrity at all touchpoints.
- Participate in daily sales briefings and training sessions to optimize sales techniques.
- Collect market feedback and consumer insights to assist in local sales planning.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade a diverse audience.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel within the Gunung Kidul region.
- High level of self-motivation, discipline, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in canvassing, direct sales, or retail is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle.
