Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and approach potential UMKM clients in Hulu Sungai Selatan to promote EDC machine installations
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to tailor payment solutions to individual business requirements
- Present product features, benefits, and ROI of EDC systems to business owners
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and service support
- Accurately document sales activities, client information, and transaction data
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless EDC installation and onboarding
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in direct sales, field sales, or canvassing (1-2 years preferred)
- Strong understanding of UMKM market dynamics and local business ecosystem
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a field-based role
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Basic knowledge of electronic payment systems and POS technology
- Results-oriented mindset with demonstrated achievement of sales quotas
- Proficiency in mobile devices and sales tracking applications
