Tanggung Jawab
- Actively identify and approach potential customers through door-to-door canvassing in designated areas
- Present and demonstrate automotive products and services to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Accurately document customer information and sales activities in our CRM system
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets and performance metrics
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or canvassing is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage strangers
- Strong persuasive abilities and a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM usage
- Passion for the automotive industry and willingness to learn about our products
