Tanggung Jawab
- Visit assigned sales locations within the Tegal area to promote and sell products directly to consumers.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on features and benefits.
- Collect payments and maintain accurate, up-to-date sales records and receipts.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Update the sales team on daily progress, market feedback, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals and targets.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere strictly to company dress codes and policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent education.
- Valid SIM A (motorcycle driver's license) is required for reliable travel within the region.
- Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or consumer goods is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field environment.
- Energetic, outgoing personality with a positive and professional attitude.
- Reliable transportation to cover the assigned area in Tegal, Jawa Tengah.
