Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct door-to-door sales canvassing across designated Bali territories
- Present product features and benefits to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets
- Document sales activities and customer feedback systematically
- Collaborate with team members to share market insights and best practices
- Participate in sales training and product knowledge workshops
- Report daily progress and sales metrics to management
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, canvassing, or direct marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Physical stamina for outdoor activities and walking
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and data entry
- Target-driven mindset with proven results orientation
- Valid Indonesian ID and willingness to work flexible hours
