Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing in designated Batam areas to generate sales leads
- Present product features and benefits effectively to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional interactions
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Accurately record customer information and sales data in CRM systems
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize canvassing strategies
- Report daily activities and progress to the sales manager
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, retail, or canvassing roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Target-driven mindset with proven results orientation
- Physical stamina for outdoor activities and walking
