- Actively canvass residential and commercial areas to promote Sari Roti bread products
- Build rapport with potential customers and effectively communicate product features and benefits
- Manage sales transactions and maintain accurate records of daily sales activities
- Identify and report customer preferences and market trends to the sales team
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct while representing the Sari Roti brand
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets to maximize commission earnings
- Participate in regular sales training sessions to stay updated on products and techniques
Kualifikasi
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions and sales calculations
- Physical ability to walk and stand for extended periods while canvassing areas
- Previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not required
- Reliable transportation or willingness to use public transportation for canvassing
- Positive attitude and resilience in handling rejection
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
