Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily door-to-door sales activities to identify and reach potential customers.
- Present and demonstrate products effectively to generate interest and secure sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to ensure long-term brand loyalty.
- Meet and exceed individual and team-based sales targets consistently.
- Gather market insights and customer feedback to help improve service and product delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of daily visits, interactions, and sales outcomes in the company CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to refine pitching strategies and outreach methods.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in door-to-door sales, retail, or field marketing.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to thrive in an outdoor, fast-paced, and target-driven environment.
- Resilient personality with a high capacity to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel within the Jakarta Utara area.
- Disciplined, punctual, and highly self-motivated individual.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Vocational/D3/S1 degree is a plus).
