Are you a high-energy professional with a passion for sales and business growth? Staffinc Group is currently seeking a driven Sales Canvasser to join our expanding team in Mahakam Ulu. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for onboarding new UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) partners and driving the adoption of our latest EDC (Electronic Data Capture) payment solutions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively approach and engage potential UMKM merchants within the designated Mahakam Ulu area.
- Educate business owners on the benefits and features of our EDC payment terminals.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations to demonstrate ease of use and value proposition.
- Manage the end-to-end enrollment process, including document collection and account activation.
- Maintain a consistent daily pipeline of leads to ensure sales targets are met consistently.
- Provide after-sales support and basic troubleshooting training to new merchant partners.
- Submit accurate daily reports regarding field activities and conversion progress.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in field sales, canvassing, or retail business development is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the local market and business landscape in Mahakam Ulu.
- Target-oriented mindset with a resilient attitude toward field challenges.
- Ability to operate a smartphone and basic digital applications proficiently.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and own transportation is a plus.
