Are you a high-energy professional with a passion for sales and field acquisition? Staffinc Group is currently seeking a driven Sales Canvasser to join our expanding team in Sumbawa. In this role, you will be the face of our fintech initiatives, directly engaging with local UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) to drive the adoption and installation of EDC (Electronic Data Capture) machines.
As a Sales Canvasser, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating digital payment adoption in the region. We are looking for individuals who are comfortable working in the field, meeting new business owners daily, and effectively communicating the benefits of modern payment technology. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and approach local UMKM and retail merchants to introduce our EDC payment solutions.
- Explain the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our EDC machines to potential clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial prospecting and cold canvassing to successful installation.
- Provide training to merchants on how to operate and troubleshoot the EDC terminal effectively.
- Maintain accurate daily reports of field activities, merchant feedback, and conversion rates.
- Build and sustain strong professional relationships with local business owners to encourage long-term adoption.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly acquisition targets as set by the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Prior experience in field sales, canvassing, or retail merchandising is highly preferred.
- Possess a strong, persuasive communication style and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in an outdoor field environment.
- Ability to operate a smartphone and basic digital applications proficiently.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and personal motorcycle for field mobility.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while remaining target-oriented.
- Strong knowledge of the local Sumbawa business landscape is a distinct advantage.
