Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing to identify and engage potential automotive spare parts customers
- Present product features and benefits to vehicle workshops, garages, and individual car owners
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets with focus on volume and revenue growth
- Document sales activities and customer feedback in CRM systems
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective territory strategies
- Participate in product knowledge training and sales workshops
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in marketing/business preferred
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive or B2B sectors
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with persuasive abilities
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel throughout Bengkulu
- Goal-oriented mindset with proven track record of meeting targets
- Basic proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English communication skills
