Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct active door-to-door and field canvassing to identify potential customers in designated territories
- Present and demonstrate fragrance products effectively, highlighting unique value propositions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up engagements and personalized service
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic prospecting and conversion techniques
- Document customer interactions and sales data using company CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to share market insights and optimize sales strategies
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; sales certification or fragrance industry training preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in direct sales, canvassing, or customer-facing roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with persuasive abilities
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in field environments
- Basic knowledge of fragrance products or willingness to undergo intensive training
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field activities
