Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct active door-to-door canvassing to promote fragrance products in designated areas
- Perform engaging product demonstrations and educate customers on fragrance characteristics
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized follow-ups
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective persuasion techniques
- Accurately document sales activities and customer feedback in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute promotional campaigns
- Stay updated on industry trends and new product launches
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in direct sales or canvassing (fragrance industry preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; marketing/business degree advantageous
- Target-driven mindset with results-oriented approach
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Lombok
- Basic proficiency in CRM software
