Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct active door-to-door canvassing in designated territories to identify and engage potential customers
- Present fragrance products through personalized demonstrations highlighting scent profiles and benefits
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up visits and consultations
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales data in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute promotional campaigns in target areas
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
- Provide market feedback to product development team to inform inventory decisions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma with 1+ years in direct sales or canvassing experience
- Passion for fragrance industry and knowledge of beauty/perfume products
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities with target-driven mindset
- Physical stamina for fieldwork and mobility across assigned territories
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English comprehension
