Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct door-to-door and location-based canvassing to identify new customer opportunities
- Present fragrance products through engaging demonstrations highlighting scent profiles and benefits
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up and personalized service
- Accurately document sales activities and customer data using CRM systems
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining brand integrity and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on new fragrance launches and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to share market insights and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in direct sales or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with approachable demeanor
- Basic knowledge of fragrance notes, profiles, and beauty products
- Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently
- Valid Indonesian work permit (if applicable)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
