Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and approach potential customers in designated territories to introduce our fragrance products
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the unique features and benefits of our fragrances
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive repeat business
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective canvassing techniques
- Accurately report sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the sales team
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in marketing, business, or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or customer-facing roles is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of the fragrance industry is advantageous
- Must be willing to work in Penajam, East Kalimantan
