Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively canvass in designated territories (Jabodetabek + West Java) to identify new business opportunities
- Promote bakery products through direct customer engagement and product demonstrations
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic prospecting
- Deliver exceptional after-sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer relationship data
- Collaborate with sales team to develop territory-specific strategies
- Report on market trends and competitor activities to management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of sales or canvassing experience
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
