Are you a high-energy sales professional with a passion for the pet care industry? PT. Global Multipet Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Canvasser to join our expanding team in Tangerang. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, visiting local pet shops, veterinary clinics, and pet care facilities to introduce our premium product range.
We are seeking an individual who thrives on building relationships, enjoys field work, and is motivated by hitting sales targets. If you have a knack for negotiation, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you. You will play a vital role in our growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities and ensuring our products are well-represented across the region.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new clients, including pet shops and veterinary clinics within the assigned territory.
- Execute daily sales visits to maintain and expand our distribution network.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through consistent canvassing efforts.
- Manage inventory levels at client locations to ensure product availability.
- Handle daily cash collection and reporting of sales transactions accurately.
- Provide product knowledge training and support to retail partners.
- Build long-term relationships with business owners to foster brand loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education level: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a sales or field promotion role.
- Possess a valid Driver’s License (SIM A) and comfortable with field travel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of the pet care market or retail distribution is a significant advantage.
