Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Visit prospective customers and businesses to introduce and demonstrate our product offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer retention.
- Prepare sales presentations and quotations to persuade clients to purchase products or services.
- Follow up on leads and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Record customer interactions, feedback, and sales data accurately in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proactive attitude with a high level of self-motivation and resilience.
- Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or retail is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is required as travel to client locations may be necessary.
- Ability to work flexible hours and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Familiarity with using basic office software and CRM tools.
