Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct direct canvassing activities to introduce and promote fragrance products to potential customers in designated areas of Palembang and surrounding regions.
- Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to generate interest and drive sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPI set by the company.
- Report daily sales activities, progress, and market feedback to the supervisor.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and in-store activations as needed.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through strategic outreach.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors and market trends to stay ahead.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in direct sales, preferably in the fragrance or FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Own a vehicle and possess a valid driving license (SIM) for field work.
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible with a strong work ethic.
- Willing to work mobile and travel extensively within Palembang and surrounding areas.
