Chemarome Indonesia is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Canvassing professional to join our team in Ende, Nusa Tenggara Timur. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to build a rewarding career in sales.

In this role, you will be the face of our brand, directly engaging with potential clients to showcase our premium fragrance products. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Client Acquisition: Conduct market research and actively canvass businesses in Ende to identify potential clients for fragrance products.
  • Product Promotion: Visit retail outlets, hotels, and corporate offices to introduce Chemarome’s latest fragrance collections and demonstrate product samples.
  • Sales Execution: Persuasively communicate product benefits, handle inquiries, and negotiate terms to secure sales and meet monthly targets.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with store owners, managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Market Feedback: Gather valuable insights on customer preferences and competitor activities, reporting back to the sales management team.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, orders, and client interactions using CRM tools.

Kualifikasi

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field; experience in sales, marketing, or the beauty/cosmetic industry is highly preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in canvassing, direct selling, or telesales is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
  • Personality: Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented with a strong desire to achieve sales goals.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle rejection positively.
  • License: Valid driver’s license is desirable for traveling within the region.
