Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting active market canvassing to identify potential customers and promote fragrance products.
- Demonstrating product samples and explaining key features and benefits to prospective clients.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to drive company revenue.
- Collecting customer feedback and reporting market trends to the management team.
- Managing product inventory and ensuring proper display at assigned canvassing points.
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
Kualifikasi
- Maximum 25 years old (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, persuasive personality.
- Possess a valid SIM A (Driving License) and own a motorbike (required for field work).
- High motivation to achieve sales goals and earn a competitive income.
- Willingness to work in Bangka Belitung (Pangkalpinang or surrounding areas).
- Prior experience in sales, canvassing, or marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
- Passion for the beauty and cosmetic industry.
