Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the fragrance and beauty sector.
- Perform door-to-door or face-to-face canvassing to introduce our premium product portfolio.
- Present product samples and demonstrate the unique qualities and benefits of our fragrances.
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and product inventory.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, canvassing, or direct selling (FMCG experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and ability to work independently.
- Ability to travel within the Kotamobagu area and meet clients at their preferred locations.
- Valid SIM (driver's license) is a strong advantage.
- Passion for the fragrance and beauty industry is highly desirable.
