Join BukuWarung, Indonesia's leading fintech platform, as a Sales Canvassing (Merchant Success Executive) in Pangkajene Kepulauan. We're seeking an experienced professional to drive our EDC (Electronic Data Capture) merchant acquisition strategy across Sulawesi Selatan. In this critical role, you'll be at the forefront of expanding our digital payment ecosystem, onboarding local businesses, and empowering micro-entrepreneurs with modern transaction solutions.
As part of our dynamic Merchant Success team, you'll engage directly with business owners, understand their unique operational challenges, and demonstrate how BukuWarung's EDC services can streamline their payment processes, increase revenue, and enhance customer experiences. Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and onboard new merchants for EDC services in Pangkajene Kepulauan
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify high-potential business sectors
- Present BukuWarung's EDC solutions to prospective merchants with compelling value propositions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local business owners and community stakeholders
- Ensure seamless merchant onboarding process and provide operational training
- Track sales performance metrics and consistently meet acquisition targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize merchant retention strategies
- Report market insights and competitor activities to the Merchant Success leadership
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in fintech, payment solutions, or B2B services
- Proven track record in merchant acquisition or field sales in Sulawesi region
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Deep understanding of local business landscape in Pangkajene Kepulauan
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driving license and reliable transportation for field visits
