Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and approach potential customers in assigned areas to introduce company products.
- Effectively communicate product benefits and brand value to diverse customer demographics.
- Maintain a high level of daily customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Represent Nusantara Inspiration Kitchen with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
- Provide regular feedback from the field to the sales management team regarding market trends and customer preferences.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly individual sales targets.
- Document sales data accurately using company-provided tools.
- Assist in promotional activities and local activation events as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (SMK/SMA).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others.
- High level of energy, resilience, and a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining productivity goals.
- Willingness to spend a significant portion of the workday engaging with potential customers outdoors.
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia; local dialect knowledge is an advantage.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and own transportation is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, direct sales, or field marketing is a plus.
