Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct door-to-door sales and visit retail outlets to promote company products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and retailers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information effectively.
- Manage inventory and ensure products are displayed correctly.
- Report daily sales activities and market feedback to the team.
- Meet individual and team sales targets and quotas.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or canvassing is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the Banjarbaru area.
