Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct door-to-door and street canvassing to promote fragrance products in target markets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized product demonstrations
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive client acquisition
- Provide detailed product knowledge and fragrance education to potential customers
- Document customer feedback and market insights for product improvement
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop localized sales strategies
- Maintain accurate sales records and activity reports
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; business degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in direct sales, canvassing, or retail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Self-motivated with target-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of fragrance products or willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Kupang area
