PT Locator Logic Solutions, a leading provider of innovative location-based logic solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Sales (Client Services) professional to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan.

In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our company and our valued clients. You will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth. Your primary mission is to drive revenue while delivering an exceptional client experience. You will work closely with our technical and product teams to ensure our solutions perfectly align with client needs. Tanggung Jawab

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and upsells within the existing client base to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to resolve client issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
  • Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and account documentation with precision and professionalism.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, client feedback, and market trends to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for client retention and acquisition.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a Client Services, Sales, or Account Management role, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with C-level executives.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for client success.
