Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver engaging sales training programs to enhance team capabilities and product knowledge.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunity.
- Provide constructive feedback and conduct regular coaching sessions to drive performance excellence.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and scripts to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Mentor junior sales representatives to foster professional growth and career progression.
- Analyze sales data and reports to uncover trends, optimize processes, and recommend best practices.
- Collaborate with management to align team goals with broader company objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within a call center or BPO environment.
- Strong background in coaching, training, or mentoring sales teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales reports and metrics.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for developing others.
