Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in the Ciamis region
- Manage end-to-end collection processes including invoice tracking, follow-ups, and payment negotiations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends
- Prepare regular sales and collection reports with actionable insights for management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements for sales and financial transactions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (D3 graduates with relevant experience will be considered)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, collections, or customer service roles
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with ability to handle difficult conversations
- Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Results-driven mindset with proven ability to meet targets
- Valid driver's license and willingness for field visits across Jawa Barat
- Knowledge of local market conditions in Ciamis/Jawa Barat is advantageous
