Tanggung Jawab

  • Act as the primary commercial liaison between local sales teams and corporate management to align sales objectives with overall business strategy.
  • Develop, monitor, and refine monthly and quarterly sales forecasts, budgets, and performance KPIs for the consumer electronics division.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to provide strategic commercial recommendations.
  • Coordinate with trade marketing and brand teams to execute high-impact in-store promotions, merchandising strategies, and new product launches.
  • Manage and optimize pricing strategies, discount structures, and trade terms across modern trade, general trade, and key accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales performance reports, executive summaries, and strategic business reviews to senior leadership.
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks within the sales process to ensure seamless execution and achievement of revenue targets.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in a commercial, sales, or trade marketing role, ideally within Consumer Electronics, FMCG, or Durables.
  • Proven track record in a supervisory role, managing teams or key accounts with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Exceptional analytical and numerical skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup) and experience with CRM/BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau).
  • Deep understanding of the Indonesian retail landscape, specifically modern trade (Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Electronics Specialty Stores) and distribution dynamics in Greater Jakarta.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain.
  • Highly results-oriented with strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
