- Collaborate with sales teams to identify partnership opportunities and client needs
- Gather and analyze community feedback to inform product development and go-to-market strategies
- Create compelling educational content that highlights AI applications in learning environments
- Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events
- Monitor community health metrics and optimize engagement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of community management experience in tech/AI/education sectors
- Proven track record of building and scaling engaged online communities
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their applications in education
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience with CRM platforms, social media management, and analytics tools
