Tanggung Jawab
- Actively introduce GIAS Group and GNET brand to communities of construction workers and applicators
- Build, develop, and maintain a strong network of professional applicators and construction workers
- Organize and conduct community engagement activities to strengthen brand presence
- Provide product knowledge and training to community members on GNET products
- Collect feedback from the community to improve products and services
- Monitor community engagement metrics and report on growth and engagement levels
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop community-specific promotional strategies
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in sales, community management, or customer relationship building
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse groups
- Passion for construction materials or home improvement products
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple community relationships
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience in community building or social network development preferred
- Knowledge of local construction industry practices in Samarinda and surrounding areas
- Ability to speak both Bahasa Indonesia and English is advantageous
