- Prepare and submit weekly sales call reports detailing completed appointments and planned activities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive client engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Present flooring products and solutions tailored to client needs and preferences
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies
- Collaborate with product specialists to ensure accurate product knowledge
- Track sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles (1-3 years preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic reporting tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business or Marketing is advantageous
