Tanggung Jawab

  • Drive merchant acquisition and achieve assigned sales revenue targets for the NETS payment network.
  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities across various industries, including retail, F&B, and services.
  • Present, promote, and sell NETS payment solutions (including NETS QR, contactless, and e-commerce) to potential merchants.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key merchants to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and implementation teams to ensure a seamless merchant onboarding experience.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates for management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and the evolving payment landscape in Singapore.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the payments, fintech, or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore merchant landscape and payment ecosystem is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Must be a Singaporean, PR, or hold a valid work pass for Singapore.
