Tanggung Jawab
- Actively promote and market OSK Property's development projects in Nilai and surrounding areas to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Proactively identify, engage, and follow up with potential buyers through various channels including walk-ins, referrals, telemarketing, and online leads.
- Conduct professional site showings and property tours to prospective clients, highlighting the unique selling points and value propositions of our projects.
- Provide exceptional pre and post-sales support, guiding customers through the booking, loan application, and legal documentation processes smoothly.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our project specifications, pricing plans, financing options, and market trends to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management review.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in property sales or a related industry is highly preferred (fresh graduates with strong drive are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and possesses a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Possession of a valid driving license and own transport is required for site visits and client meetings.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and social media platforms for sales and marketing activities.
- Candidates must be willing to work in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, and possess a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
