- Drive business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients for specialized caregiving services.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to recommend the most appropriate caregiver profiles.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates and satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless placement and onboarding of caregivers.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, contracts, and service agreements to prospective clients.
- Attend industry networking events and marketing activities to expand the company’s market presence.
- Track sales metrics and provide regular updates to the General Manager on performance and targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, customer service, or healthcare recruitment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accountability to the General Manager.
- Basic understanding of the local caregiving or healthcare industry is a strong advantage.
- Valid work pass or eligibility to work in Singapore.
