Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth within the East Region territory.
  • Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships through a consultative and value-driven sales approach.
  • Leverage the company's technology platform to identify potential leads, manage pipelines, and track performance metrics.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to senior management.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Sales Consultant, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
  • Strong track record of achieving and surpassing sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
