As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for understanding customer needs, showcasing our exquisite collection of jewelry, and providing exceptional service to drive sales. Our competitive salary package includes a base salary of RM 5,000 – RM 7,000 per month, plus attractive commission structures and comprehensive benefits. Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective product demonstration and customer engagement
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings to provide accurate information
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service
- Participate in visual merchandising and store presentation to create an appealing shopping environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and achieve collective goals
- Identify and report customer feedback, sales opportunities, and market insights to management
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent, with preference given to candidates with a diploma in business, marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the luxury goods, jewelry, or retail sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a luxury retail environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required
- Passion for jewelry and luxury products, with a keen eye for detail and quality
