- Conduct thorough needs analysis and product presentations to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently and ethically.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and legal departments to finalize transactions.
- Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) records accurately.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to maintain long-term relationships.
- Meet individual and team sales targets set by management.
- Ensure a clean and welcoming showroom environment for visitors.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or automotive is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Valid Professional Driver’s License (Class A or B).
- Flexible schedule with availability to work on weekends and holidays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
