Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct property viewings and tours for potential buyers and investors.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking and marketing efforts.
- Provide expert advice on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements in alignment with company standards.
- Manage client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and update client records.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents and contracts as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Strong command of English (both written and verbal) for dealing with international clients.
- Valid driving license (motorbike) with good riding skills.
- Proactive, energetic, and a friendly personality.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Willingness to learn about property development and construction processes.
- Resilient and capable of handling rejection positively.
