- Promote gym memberships and fitness packages through consultative sales approaches
- Conduct client needs assessments and tailor membership solutions
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets with strategic planning
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for retention and referrals
- Stay updated on fitness trends and club offerings to provide accurate information
- Collaborate with fitness trainers to create integrated wellness plans
- Track sales metrics and report performance to the sales manager
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience with proven track record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven mindset with ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of fitness industry and wellness concepts
- Professional appearance and positive customer service attitude
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
