Tanggung Jawab
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by promoting MG vehicles and services to potential customers.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on competitor pricing and vehicle specifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service and address customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Assist customers with the entire sales process, including test drives, paperwork, and financing options.
- Collaborate with the finance and insurance team to secure vehicle approvals.
- Attend daily sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and a professional appearance.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM software.
- A proactive attitude with a strong drive to succeed and grow within the company.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
