Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting market research to identify potential leads and understand customer needs.
- Greeting customers warmly and conducting needs assessments to recommend suitable vehicle models.
- Demonstrating vehicle features, specifications, and safety standards to prospective buyers.
- Negotiating prices and terms to close sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinating with the finance and workshop departments to ensure a smooth handover process.
- Building lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or retail sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
