Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities within the Badung area.
- Provide comprehensive product demonstrations and test-ride assistance to potential customers.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Scomadi's product line, features, and benefits.
- Guide customers through the end-to-end sales process, including financing and documentation.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster brand loyalty and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor market trends and provide regular feedback to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or automotive consultancy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional, and consultative approach.
- Highly self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficient in using CRM software and general office technology.
- A valid driving license (SIM C) is mandatory for this role.
