Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new sales opportunities to expand our market reach in Bogor.
  • Conduct professional product presentations and offer customized solutions to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing and operations teams to optimize sales processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Consultant, Sales Representative, or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and basic CRM software.
  • Willing to work under a contract arrangement in the Bogor area.
  • High level of integrity, discipline, and customer-service orientation.
