Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new sales opportunities to expand our market reach in Bogor.
- Conduct professional product presentations and offer customized solutions to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing and operations teams to optimize sales processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Consultant, Sales Representative, or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and basic CRM software.
- Willing to work under a contract arrangement in the Bogor area.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and customer-service orientation.
